We share identifiable information only with those parties entrusted with the processing of your account and the fulfillment of your order. In the rare instance of a lost parcel we will share only information required of us by the shipping service to assist with the tracking of your shipment.

We've established procedures to protect your privacy, which we vigorously uphold. Of course, this policy does not apply to information we are required to disclose by law

We will not send any unwanted mail or call you, unless you asked us to do so.

Will the packaging show what I am buying?

We greatly value our customers privacy and understand the sensitive nature of all of the products you see on the Romantic Gift Studio website.

None of our shipping boxes and labels will give any indication of what you are buying. The return label indicates our parent company name "The Kemper Lake Group, Inc. and our address (for tracking) and will arrive in a *plain packaging.

*Shari's Berries will arrive in their own container and will say Shari's Berries on the outer box.

Secret Sweetie?

If you want your romantic gift sent anonymously that is no problem for us to do. As a matter of policy we do not send an invoice with your order if it is going to a gift recipient. If you would like to send a gift card along with your order with "anonymous" as the sender please let us know by providing that information in the special comments section when you go to check out. Or tell your customer service representative you want an anonymous gift sent. We will not send any gift sentiment that is vulgar or disrespectful.
